      Pros

      Opportunties always arise. It is a fluid organization that changes to try new tactics. You work with the most talented and driven people. Everyone shows up to deliver and dominate as a brand. It's great to represent the top brand in the industry. And, most importantly, you are given many tools to deliver the results.

      Cons

      Not for the faint of heart. You have to deliver.

      Pros

      Steady regular pay check. Job satisfaction depends a lot on who you report too. If your direct supervisor is a good manager Rain Bird can be a rewarding place to work. If looking to work for Rain Bird it is better to be stationed somewhere other than Tucson.

      Cons

      Very inflexible. Rain Bird has very little loyalty to staff. Everybody is considered replaceable at any time. The job satisfaction is dependant on your direct supervisor. If you are reporting to a less than ideal manager there is very little you can do to take issues on step up the ladder. Staff turnover makes many simple questions difficult to find answers to.
