      Pros

      The starting pay for a Temp hire is decent. But the pay once they move you over from Temp to Perm... way better. The people on the floor are awesome to work with. However, the people up in management can be a little tough to work with.

      Not enough parts to make machines run always.

      In the past 2 years, Rain Bird has introduced remote work and stopped using the ranking system. Slowly catching up with how technology companies treat their employees.

      The ancient penny-pinching culture with unhealth competition for survival still remains.
