Hello and thank you for taking the time to post this review. We are glad to know that the remote/flexible work policy that we just rolled out has allowed you to have a better work-life balance. We appreciate the feedback regarding our buildings. This year we actually have some really nice projects to remodel and make our facilities around the world more enjoyable to our flexible and in-office employees. We hope that you will be able to see these changes yourself very soon. Thank you again for your feedback!

Pros

Competitive pay. That's where it ends.

Cons

The leadership above regional tend to be Ivory Tower Ivy League elites. Be prepared to be undermined and blind-sided by poor adversarial distributor decisions, #weknowbetterthanu approach to market product needs, customer relationships and lack of non-symbolic employee relations. There's a reason Rain Bird has some of the highest turnover (2 and through). Degrees are more important than industry knowledge/experience and bad leaders are promoted rather than replaced.
