      Pros

      Incredibly talented, smart and collegial workforce. Sociopath CEO is gone. “Rank and Yank” is gone. Pay is excellent. Family owned.

      Cons

      New management. Hopefully this isn’t a bad thing. Time will tell. Vast improvement to previous reign of terror.

      Managed like a Middle School Popularity Contest

      Pros

      Solid Products, Strong brand recognition. Good pay for Tucson area.

      Cons

      Mired in process. Every problem triggers a race to blame others (to fulfill the HR culling process). Culture is that of 'insiders' and 'outsiders'; new employees are on a 18 month pass/fail program.
