      Pros

      No supervision, work alone or two other people.

      Cons

      Some managers don’t train employees properly. Temporary Agency employees are looked down as worthless replaceable and underpaid. Manager on site will literally get away with making a hostile work environment. People come and go!!

      Good supervisor. Decent parking. Healthcare insurance. Nice office chair. Decent desk space.

      Cons

      No investment in personnel to reach excellence - use large temporary work force, not enough staff so employees stretched too thin to achieve excellence in quality, service and product development. No concern for the high turnover. No investment in technology to link all operating systems Obsession with nickels and dimes. Excessive time spent by management writing financial reports and narratives, instead of driving business through innovation and staff development.

      Good pay but throw out your MBA. I loved the people but not the management.

      Cons

      The Directors are the least qualified of all the employees. The owner is old school and weird.
