Pros

Lots of broad experience based on minimal staffing. Opportunity to grow for top performers, only. Not having to worry about job security, because you are always being evaluated for elimination.

Cons

Stifled word environment. Excessive justification for bottom up projects, minimal justification for management pet projects. Leads to lack of direction. Retroactive promotions if any at all.

Pros

Pay and the people you work with.

Cons

No out look for the future of the products or employees, the management process is set in the 60's and 70's.

Pros

- Opportunity to learn and have a job - Contribute on different fronts - Cooperative floor personnel - Decent pay if in Tucson (would advice against relocation)

Cons

Where should I start - Complete circus with multiple ringmasters trying to move the company in different directions - Company objectives change every 6 months (or sometimes after every Strap Plan Meeting) - Too many chiefs and not enough Indians - Layoffs/Resignations every quarter - People demoted and moved around into divisions that they have no clue about - Clueless managers running the divisions
