      Good pay, good benefits, nice co-workers.

      Cons

      Terrible work culture, 1950's style management. No real management or leadership, just bureaucrats running the organization focused on the numbers. Outdated vacation and 401K policies. HR is a department who's goal is to protect the company, not be a resource for employees.
