Competitive pay. That's where it ends.

Cons

The leadership above regional tend to be Ivory Tower Ivy League elites. Be prepared to be undermined and blind-sided by poor adversarial distributor decisions, #weknowbetterthanu approach to market product needs, customer relationships and lack of non-symbolic employee relations. There's a reason Rain Bird has some of the highest turnover (2 and through). Degrees are more important than industry knowledge/experience and bad leaders are promoted rather than replaced.

Somewhat interesting work, some good people.

Cons

Absolutely horrible upper management.....Crazy amount of turnover. I interviewed with 7 people when I was hired. 12 months later ALL 7 had quit. I quit shortly after.
