If you are an entry level engineer, decent pay but get used to working long hours without extra pay.

Cons

A culture of micro-management with very little technology to automate processes. Get to like Excel reports on a very regular basis. If you are not 24/7 engaged with the business, you will not be there very long.

This place is very very political. There is a ton of red tape and a ton of paperwork. Everyone is treated like they expendable
