Pros

There were some really talented people in the rank and file however they never stay long, either mistreated or tire of the relentless incompetence of the upper management and there worship of Jack Welch. Time to read a new book Tony ( Owner )

Cons

The cons are many... They are very secretive never sharing any information about the company. They are also paranoid. ridiculous security for products that have been reverse engineered years ago by all of there competitors? They worship Jack Welch. I was asked after 2 weeks to determine who I will fire? They focus on creating an annual check list then regardless of changes in the market or situation they MUST check off boxes so they can say they completed the task. There mission and vision are written but not followed by anyone. There is a reason they have such incredible turn over. Hard to make quality products, relationships or growth when there are new people every 90 days.

Pros

Compensation is fair if you can last. Good people lower in the ranks of the company doing their best to add value.

Cons

Poor management approach for making decisions. Quick to push the blame for poor decisions to the lower ranks. Senior executives do not value their employees. High turn over.

Pros

Regular paycheck, decent benefits but that's about all.

Cons

Terrible management, short sighted, not honest, and very heavy handed. I lasted two months before resigning after seeing their practices with people, moving engineers to Tucson, then firing them before a year, just a tinderbox. Management acted like you were lucky to be there and you were scrutinized like you were stealing from them. Anywhere else those clowns would never have those positions, quite possiblly the most unprofessional company with which I've ever been connected.
