In the past there was some lay offs just as many other companies experienced as they relied in Oil & Gas heavily. But they have made some changes and have diversified into other industries such as construction, municipalities and industrial work.

Unexpected hours, Management communication issues. Never really sure what or where you will be working day today

Poor management, sometimes they don't give you want you deserve and Pay raise or Positions..

Pay is on the low end and raises are what seems unheard of with this company
