Very nice people. Good environment to work in.

Cons

No room for growth. Feel like spinning wheels because there is no one to bounce ideas off of or talk about your job. Never felt like I was part of the team.

It's a great feeling to be able to help people get thru losses. They hire good people, provide good training, then get out of the way and let them do their job. They work every bit as hard as anyone on the payroll and they like to see their employees succeed.

Cons

When you have so many family members in one company, it can be challenging. Too often good people are overlooked.
