      Pros

      A great discount. You are able to go away to school or have another job and the company will understand your circumstances and work around with you.

      Cons

      All hours go to managers so associates get limited hours. If sales are low that week before, hours will get cut and so will the hours for the next week but all hours are still going to Management.

      I can't speak for every store, but my employees were great.

      Cons

      Raises are a quarter or 50, which most of the time are not given The starting pay is horrible The work compared to the pay, its not worth it
