      Pros

      It's hard for me to find any pros for working with Rainbow. Benefits weren't good. Team work amongst other stores terrible.

      Cons

      Over worked under paid. Company doesn't care​ about the emoloyees. Needed an Assistant and Jr Assistant for 4 months straight and watch as applicants were sent to a busier store that applied to my store. Would never suggest working for Rainbow to anyone. At one point I had an assistant who was having a miscarriage while I was out of town was told to stay at the store and she couldn't leave.
