      Pros

      Fast promtions, able to tranfers different stores, working hours are great,easy floor plans,employee discount.

      Cons

      Salary for sales associate to.store manager.is below.average. percentage for.shrink.is not obtainable to.all stores and areas.of.store,should update computers, some.stores.need a Major remodeling/upgrade(painting,carpet cleaning/new flooring,etc!), assistant manager should.be able.to.work.a.40hrs a week.

      Pros

      The best offer Rainbow, USA have is the employee discounts. I really don't have anything else to say about Rainbow.

      Cons

      The worse upper management in District 55. It seems to me that they have their favorite managers and what ever they say that's what is no investigations as to why one store cant keep any assistants or associates unless you stay on her good side and do anything and everything they say.
