worst company to work for!

Pros

30% employee discount, you get to see the new fashion goods before customers, you get paid every week.

Cons

Store manager has to work 48 plus a week with NO overtime, yet we only get paid 40 hours no matter how many hours But if u don't, be prepared for them to dock your pay. You are Lp, human resources, security, merchandiser's, housekeeping, operations etc all in one. I could go on forever. Oh and uunderpaid.

flexible scheduling at the location I worked at

Cons

the store made the most money in it's region yet the maintenence of the building was not kept making working there in the summer a hassle because of no a/c. the store appeared dirty no matter how kept it was because it needed a paint job and carpet removal or deep cleaning. Boss fired my sister because of a on site injury.
