      Pros

      Some really awesome people working very hard at the programmatic level. The forestry unit used to hold companies accountable when they were caught violating their agreement. RA UTZ is desperately trying to reinvent itself in certification's shrinking market.

      Cons

      They have lost some extremely good people (industry leaders) once they lose patience with senior management. Senior management has turned over several times in the past 5 years; unfortunately, problem staff remain.
