Cons

- lack of management support with career development - organisation wide restructuring twice in the past 4 years triggering redundancies and unsettling feeling amongst colleagues - high staff turnover for past several years - no feedback about staff exit interviews provided to management

Cons

* depending on your job, can become boring * high turnover of staff, creates an often somewhat uncertain setting * little focus on quick opportunities, the organization may be too large for that
