Pros

Great mission, amazing coworkers, nice office space, good pay and benefits for a non-profit, flexible work schedule, social atmosphere, opportunities for advancement in some divisions. The organization is still recovering from some tough years, but the new president is making good changes and improving leadership.

Cons

Some disconnect between the core work of the organization and the HQ. My experience was positive, but things like work/life balance, opportunities for advancement, and overall leadership vary from division to division. Some in-fighting but less than before. Promotion process is slow and is more about tenure than actual ability or achievements
