The result in the past months has been to see several departures from the organizations. - There have been several cases of bullying and preventing career progressions and there seems to be a problem towards individuals that are willing to speak up on certain issues. If you agree with Senior Management you will be just fine. If you don't, good luck, as it is very hierarchical.
