      Great mission and vision shared by staff around the world. Great MarComm team who work to strengthen its brand.

      Cons

      Restructuring twice in the past four years for new strategy could discouraged staffs who have been working passionately for its mission. The organisation don't understand the overload of its staff and difference task between region and global.
