Pros

Relatively easy on-boarding process and very attentive initially

Cons

The staff at Raise is hard to reach once you are placed with a client. I had some real concerns and needed to talk to my recruiter once I was placed at the client. She never returned my phone calls and her email always bounced back. When I managed to get someone on the phone by calling their main number, I was told she was out of the office but they could not tell me when she would return. I expressed some concerns about my assignment and I was told that the Account Manager at Raise would call me back. I never heard from anyone. I have now resigned

Disappointing

Pros

Good pay, and SOME good people to work with.

Cons

Toxic environment and Management is very disappointing. A lot of work politics and the manager hires people WITHOUT RELEVANT EXPERIENCE, and they promote them instantly. They also like to ask for opinions and suggestions, yet they have ways to turn words against you and could cost you your job if you speak up. They blame you for their incompetency as a supervisor/manager whenever you get low productivity.
