None at all. They lied about everything.

Cons

Hostile work environment, no support for managers, crew run the store because if they don't like you they call the hotline. You !re not innocent till proven guilty. They lied about the bonuses, claimed first 3 months nothing wou)d be held against you so you would get the bonus, lie. No life at all. Your expected to work from home on days off. There is no team, everyone is out for themselves. Their training program is a waste of time.
