Pros

Depending on your dept you can work Hybrid or Remote BUT that is NOT for ALL depts. Some of them are required to be in office 100%. Mine is Hybrid.

Cons

This place has a cult like mindset. Everyone is expected to be on the One Love wave. It's always 75 in Sunny at Raising Canes! 🌈🌞 I think encouraging this behavior/ way of thinking limits growth. If you force everyone to think like you, then you will never grow past your own mindset. Another reviewer called it toxic positivity and I couldn't agree more! Such a perfect summation of the mindset here, The pay is also very low compared to market. They expect you to accept lower pay because they are just "such a great place to work."

Pros

I love the people here and it breaks my heart to have to leave.

Cons

To start, I've never been fully trained even though I've been working for over a year. I only know how to work drive thru and front counter. One time I got suddenly ill on the job and I was told I had to go home and was then told by the same manager that he'd have to write me up. As a student who is trying to balance school, sports, and work I am always sure to put in my schedule and times I need off via Hot Schedules, However; I am scheduled for 9 hour shifts Saturday and Sunday and the dates I need off and the schedule change I requested have been continuously ignored, and I have even picked up shifts for others and to work shifts when I had the day off. On top of this I recently turned in my official letter of resignation. On that resignation letter my end date was clearly stated, however, I have still been scheduled past said date. The manager who hired me was amazing and understood the needs of students, and knew how to run a restaurant. I miss him very much, current management does not value their workers.
