They foster amazing crew relationships, provide training for every position to expand opportunities for moving up/getting a raise, and the work was relatively easy.

Cons

Some of the ways we did things made little sense, the work can be tiring, some instances of poor management.

The hours are flexible and the people are nice for the most part and it’s a good starting pay, they also have lots of good parties for the company.

Cons

They are pretty strict and not many benefits besides the 50% off the food. The people there felt fake and seemed to just try to get through the day.
