Managers care about your progress. There's lots of passion and excitement in the company. It's fast paced. Standards are high.

Cons

Company is growing too fast to hold it's standard and outsourcing managers is becoming somewhat frequent in the franchises.

Understanding of life situations such as school, family illness, etc. and are willing to work with you to be able to have certain days off for such times.

Cons

The company is becoming more corporate which means more rules. There is already a ton of rules and standards to follow. While most make sense in keeping the store top notch, others are pointless and have no bearing on quality whatsoever.
