Pros

The positive vibes and energy is the best! They expect every customer to be treated with the upmost respect which only makes you feel great. Treating others how you want to be treated. They are big on "cook to order" and stick by it. Always serving hot delicious chicken!

Cons

Some crew members don't have the same mentality and determination that the company asks which can cause frustration sometimes.

Pros

Fun Fast Clean environment which encourages you to be yourself. Standards are high as they should be.

Cons

A lot of get it done and not a lot of wiggle room as far as expectations go. Being a new restaurant it is difficult to predict sales and other things which you are expected to do within tight parameters.

A lot of really great people to work with and really awesome managers who are super understanding and flexible with hours and schedules. There is opportunities for advancement within the company if you are good at your job and want to move up. The entire environment is usually a very positive and fun place to be at.

Cons

There aren't really many cons for working at Cane's. It's one of the few fast food chains that are actually worth working at.
