Pros

Great pay and benefits. There has been room for growth and they are good about promoting from within. People are friendly and expectations are high.

Cons

Labor goals and cleanliness requirements do not align. We all want immaculately clean facilities, we need the labor to make it happen

Pros

Great company and culture. I really loved working for them for my entire time there. They had the best work / life balance of any upper management position in food that I have ever held.

Cons

Communication through management channels sometimes broke down. Poor track record in setting concrete goals, and holding the proper people accountable for some situations. Unrealistic expectations for business while ignoring major outside factors.
