Pros

Growing company which is expanding nationally and internationally, lots of upward mobility, strong company culture which rewards employees regularly, pays higher than most restaurant companies

Cons

Not a lot of work-life balance, long hours, company needs to evolve and speed up hiring process, not a lot of gender diversity at higher levels

Pros

Great corporate rewards, recognition, parties. Closed 7 holidays a year. Cane's sticks to chicken finger meals and does not chase trends or modify the menu. Easy to grasp concept and easy to execute company initiatives. Awesome CEO who gives back so much to the crew, managers and the community.

Cons

Technology lagging behind some of the industry. Who you know is more important than what you know or have proven with results in many areas - outsiders with friends on the inside will get positions ahead of existing, qualified talent. Preparing for somewhat over-the-top internal audits drives a lot of daily decisions with regard to labor and leads to a work-life imbalance.

Pros

The company has a strong foundation in recognizing awesome crew members! Paid holidays for management.

Cons

I didn't have a life outside of my job. The higher up you go, the less time you have to devote to family and friends.
