Pros

The company offers great holidays and benefits compared to other companies. The atmosphere is great.

Cons

The company is super strict and turns something that should be simple and fun into something miserable at times. You always feel like your under the microscope. Shift managers are expected to perform duties that most companies only expect of salaried management. There are not enough managers in most stores. Upper level managers are slow to fill vacant positions, so all the managers may end up working 7 days a week while other managers are in training. Most General Managers and MP's end up spending tons of time in the office because of huge amounts of paperwork, and they have more conference calls then any company I've ever seen. I mean whats more important, customers or conference calls.

good music, good environment, everyone in a good mood. clean work environment. relaxed uniform

Cons

not great pay, even if the store is kept extremely clean, you still get dirty at work and smell like grease
