Pros

This restaurant has brought me so far. My GM noticed how hard I worked and my enthusiasm for the company and he got me an interview for management! Pay attention to everything they tell you in orientation. Read the training booklets over again if you have to. Have a great sense of urgency, awesome work ethic and remember what S.A.U.C.E stands for and you will absolutely be successful here!

Cons

I honestly can't think of much. One of the things is that the limited menu (which is fully explained on the website and in training) makes for just a few cranky customers. It's not something that the company should change, because they want the highest quality ingredients etc, but maybe include a little something in the training to teach new crewmembers how to handle situations where we have an upset customer because we don't have barbecue sauce and cheese. Just so they learn how to diffuse the situation without needing a manager.

Pros

Raising Canes was hands down the best fast food place to work at ever. I worked there throughout my senior year of highschool and throughout college. Its more like a family. They treat there employees with respect and love. They even put on parties for our families and friends. Every summer they throw a huge party in the park and they have the works. Huge crawfish boils. For Christmas they rent out a place and throw parties and give out tons of gifts. Best place ever. And if you work after 8pm they pay $1 more per hour. Its fast pace but that's how we stay on top. BTW I worked in Lafayette LA on west congress. Store #9 The Breadwinner

Cons

Some times the rude customers but of course that's everywhere if you're in customer service. But there's not much more to say actually. I promise you'll love this job. I did.
