Do Not Work Here

Pros

It pays every week regularly

Cons

No unpaid or paid breaks. Has 80 employees at location. Doesn’t give any hours. Only wants younger workers. Favoritism. No communication among managers. Some are required to do much more work than others for $11/hr. I was told that I would get full-time hours - never did.Managers will talk badly about you in front of your face. Restaurant partner talks behind backs if managers. It’s just like highschool all over again. If you’re popular, great. If not, you’re not getting anywhere/anything.

Not worth it

Pros

Easy job with fun parties for crew throughout the year.

Cons

May not be all stores but from my experience there is so much favoritism, if you're not part of the cliques you're not going to go far. Opportunities for REAL promotion are far and few between, based on numbers not merit, and you're have to be willing to relocate majority of the time. Standards are only a worry when restaurant inspections are coming up and if you want to get good hours make sure you are willing to be buddy buddy with the managers.
