Pros

Holidays off Company parties Nothing else

Cons

Severely underpaid for everything that you do If you're over 17, management completely disrespects who you are as a person as well as your availability and will give you the latest shifts even if you specifically say you cannot work at that time If you have a complaint or an issue, managers will say oh well and threaten to fire you You smell like a ball of grease for the rest of your life Coworkers are thieves No room for advancement Raises are promised yet never given

Pros

The company really takes care of its people. I love how standardized we are. I am proud to work here.

Cons

Communication lacks sometimes from corporate and lack of commitment from coworkers and superiors really makes it hard to keep up the passion I have for the company. Standards are not followed in high performance restaurants.

Pros

Cool people, somewhat of a fun work environment, lots of advancement opportunities. It was very easy to make friends. Even when I transferred to a new location. I love what the company stands for, even if it's seldom put into practice in daily operations.

Cons

Hands down, this is the worst job I've ever had. If you plan on working drive-thru, be prepared to sacrifice all of your dignity because the greetings they make you say are asinine. The managers at both locations I worked at were very phony and hard to communicate with. The hours come and go with absolutely no notice. Finally, the menu is very small. Customers complain regularly, and the crew members are the ones who bear that cross.
