Lot of growth within the company. Financially strong, great work life balance. No micromanaging. Great Culture and work environment

Cons

Not really many cons. Not too much vacation time but there is enough offered to relax. Also no retirement plan within the company.

The pay is not worth the effort. Almost a year ago we were being promised substantial raises that would have given most veterans of the job a 2 dollar an hour raise depending on how much time we had on the job. That never came through. Instead we got a Post Malone Raising Cane's, a crummy A&E interview show, a new NASCAR, and another Post Malone promotion. Work for 3 months, or long enough to see a doctor. Don't let the friends you make keep you here.
