- Slice makes every single employee feel special and being just in the right place - the team-spirit is very strong, it's very comfortable to work with people, one can freely speak to anyone and discuss their ideas/issues (no matter if it is a "fresh intern" or CEO) - within your tasks you have full authority and the freedom of choosing the ways of reaching the goal - Slice magically manages to keep the startup-atmosphere inside, despite the project exist almost for 6 years and have over 100 employees

Cons

Personally for me, the only downside is that I work remotely in another timezone, and thus can't fully immerse in the life of company

Culture is awesome, free lunch, always learning, great people! The culture is really awesome, and free lunch is pretty great. I always feel like I'm learning love my fellow Slicers!

Honestly, nothing much - maybe could have a bit more resources.
