Top Silicon Valley talent, Excellent at Nurturing Careers, Great Networking, Amazing Location and Work Environment and Tons of Upward Mobility/Career Growth.

Cons

Still on the tail end of a transition period so things aren't perfect, yet. Business is growing faster than the team so everyone works harder to pitch in. This is evening out with additional hires though.

Cool consumer app, amazing sense of team environment, gold mine of a dataset that can be used in a variety of ways, probably the coolest co-workers I've ever met. You feel challenged everyday and get to work on some really interesting projects that have real world impact. Great work/life balance and some nice perks with cool new perks being added. Unique experience of working for a startup at the same time being backed up by by a big parent company- Rakuten

Cons

Nothing major, but it'd be awesome to have free lunches
