      Chaotic and frenetic activity with too little progress.

      Pros

      Pay was ok, Nice office (but see below). Great location. For me it was easy to get to, good public transport and cycling when weather permitted.

      Cons

      Chaotic (desktop and device dev), Android dev appeared a little more organized. Even though office was nice it's a little too noisy and disorganized.

      Great team with interesting projects. You can advance quickly and get involved on many levels. Care about their staff and making sure they are happy.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to work late to meet somewhat unreasonable deadlines.
