      Good place to stay longer but just lose yourself

      Company can’t fire you easily. Free 3 meals & low work load ( tech division )

      Follow your boss only. Organizations changes every year based on management needs, even your title.

      Cons

      Be wary of certain international teams, the workload doesn’t justify the pay and this is a company in a tech shell but functions like a startup, no structure and everything goes, limited career opportunity and no rotation programs. Management is short-sighted and does not take in feedback well.
