      - Friendly environment for foreigners - No need for knowing Japaneses language, unless you are in management - Free food (Special Indian and Halal food for other Ethnic groups) - Cool office with great view of Tamagawa river and Mount Fuji - Biannual bonus and opportunity for Increment/Promotion but strictly based on your and service performance. - Easy access to CEO by weekly meeting ~ Asakai - Commuting allowances, Benefit points, occasional discounted prices for their services or tickets for Rakuten Eagles Game. - Freedom to decide, schedule and manage project as per your pace unless strict business side requirement. - Option for easy internal switching among job profiles and roles

      - Salary ranges from low to average as compared to other competitive (even startup) companies - No provision for sick leaves, flexible hours and work from home option (basically depends on your manager) - Work culture, freedom, deadlines and carreer growth rate is subjective to team/service.
