      Pros

      Most people are friendly. Cozy office with game room and pantry to social with fellow colleagues.

      Cons

      Too many meetings, which some of them in my personal opinion are unnecessary.

      Pros

      Englishnization - company use English to communicate even in Japan. Good and friendly atmosphere of work. Everyone is very helpful and nice. Free lunch

      Cons

      Weekly morning meeting is difficult to come 1 hour earlier than usual. Less attractive salary. very crowded cafeteria. Still there is top down culture that prohibit some innovative ideas.

      Big opportunity on your first career. Able to deal with many new challenges a lot broad work for learning. New office, good facility.

      Cons

      Mixed culture with global and Japanese. Lack of development on human resource and technology. Very much Japanese style of work flow. 40 hours of overwork included in base salary.
