      Pros

      - salary sometimes can be competitive - dog-friendly offices - I've never had an issue with co-workers, there always was a friendly atmosphere in the team

      Cons

      - in some departments the management is awful and nothing is done about it, even after numerous complaints - said management has little to no concern for employees' wellbeing - the company fails to appreciate and value its employees - there's basically no "pro-employee" approach, the company is strictly focused on the product and money

We are constantly seeking ways to develop our team, especially when it comes to people management and we have put a number of initiatives in place to further this competence.
