Extreme freedom in the workplace. Very little to no micromanagement. Supervision is hands off as long as you meet targets. Perks are phenomenal

Cons

very little room for error. They will let employees go at any moment with very little hesitation or warning. Leadership makes decisions at expense of those working for the company.

It’s a startup and although it’s in the later stages of funding, there are still growing pains and quick changes that can come out of no where and change what your day to day looks like.
