Pros

Top notch talent on all teams. Collaborative sales culture, anchored on coaching and idea sharing. Surrounded by A players - if you're curious, open to coaching/growth and like hustle - this is a great spot. Teams are always working to uplevel their understanding of customers, sales process, methodology, competition and more.

Cons

Start-ups and downs. As in most sales cultures, building from the ground up = constant change. The process a year ago will be completely different a year later as the company scales. All of the best teams go through these evolutions, but it can be a tough environment for some.
