Pros

Very smart people but most have left due to being underappreciated and undervalued.

Cons

A lot of bad hires at leadership positions resulted in mass attrition of many people who built the company into what it is now. Now it's a culture of everyone is expendable. You come in, work hard and then you get shown the door because they got what they needed from you. There's no guidance or support. Culture is non-existent. Product is a mess, but we do a great job hiding it from our investors and customers. If you're looking to join, it won't be easy. You'll inherit a mess. If you come out of it, you'll end up jaded and start looking for your next gig. Or you can pretend and fly under the radar and make it to your vest like most recent hires do. Good luck.

Pros

Great benefits and pay while it lasts

Cons

Not a true CSM role, your experience as a “CSM” is more like a short-term sales role to get customers to spend on their ramp cards as quickly as possible. Also frequent silent “layoffs”. They will “lay off” employees and not give any explanation for it, just to go around and tell the teams it was performance related in order to drive fear. No warning, no feedback. A lot of the managers have zero leadership experience and it shows. A common theme was not receiving any feedback, so obviously these quiet layoffs were anxiety inducing.
