Pros

Great engineers working on the product and high adoption in the SMB/ Mid Market space.

Cons

Ramp was the most toxic sales culture I’ve ever been in. The actual AEs/CSMs/AMs on the team are very nice but leadership fully misses the mark. -Was lied to about what role I was signing up for throughout the recruiting process -They Raised quota 250%+ with majority of individuals missing and little data to back up quota increases -High Turnover -Consistently Micromanaged Thankfully I’m out of there but hoping this makes a few people question joining the program because I wish I would have been warned.

Pros

- You’ll get to work with the best of the best in each field. - Teams are lean, so you’ll learn a lot.

Cons

- Bar is incredibly high. Many of my coworkers have been let go, including some entire teams. - Leadership is inexperienced in certain regards, which contributes to the people & talent issues mentioned above. Previous culture of “transparency” at the company has started to disappear, and it’s harder to understand the higher level decisions that are going on.
