Great colleagues! Easily some of the best people I’ve had the privaledge to work with.

Cons

Pay is very low, expectations are very high, supervisors actively avoid telling you that you are not meeting those expectations, and the propaganda that comes from Dave and the other Board members is just designed to manipulate the masses. Avoid asking for help, they will see it as a reason to let you go.

Pros

-Lot's of time in meetings so you won't get bored sitting at your desk. -The lemmings don't get disturbed because people with individual thoughts don't stick around. -Easy, easy work. -It's a nice little time capsule of what it was like to work in a 1997 corporate environment. -Dave will probably give me a bonus for writing this review (or, for quitting rather.) -Watching Dave do his little witch hunts is a blast.

Cons

-Your brain can wither and die due to lack of stimulation. -80/20 rule is more like 95/5 here. -Work/life balance is poor for people who are actually doing things in the company.

Creative Leadership Is Toxic—Especially at the board Level

Toxic leaders, breed *ding ding* more toxic leaders. I've witnessed for years employee's being, at best, manipulated and tested, and put through an emotional day-to-day working environment which is used to control people and team members. The number of secrets they keep, and full fledge theatrical tests and scenarios they place people in "just to see how they respond" is frightening and one thing not a lot of people know about in the company. Manipulation and control is their #1 tactic.

Cons

I loved my team, when I wasn't being manipulated or tugged and pulled at. The 1 or two days I didn't fear loosing my job, based on random firing chalked up to be okay.
