Pros

The people within the cult are beautiful and well-meaning. Hard working, dedicated, and truly on a mission. You will gain life-long friends and connections, along with a wealth of experience in almost every area of business you can imagine.

Cons

It took four years and a really good therapist to shed the spiritual abuse and manipulation that exists within this environment. Be warned.

OK place for people new in their career looking for a mission

Pros

If you are young in your career and haven't experienced much, this is a great place to get on a bandwagon. The mission is definitely worthwhile and there are a few in leadership that keep the core of the why close to their heart.

Cons

Most people leave after 3-6 years because there is little/no room for growth. Upward tracts for growth don't exist but most get caught up in the mission and forget about their own career trajectory. Board members make over 6 figures while much of the company is under $100K salary. Technology stack is light years behind while the business units operate in silos.
