While not a cult, there is a huge expectation of conformity in behavior and submission to leadership.

Pros

Fantastic people with great hearts. Fun perks like weekly lunches, battle of the bands, Predators tickets, epic Christmas party. The mission to help people get on track financially is honorable. Good work/life balance.

Cons

In most things, you can agree with Dave or you can be wrong. No defined career advancement track. Leaders are out of touch with most peoples' experiences. Commission structure is not great. Overall, the organization has grown beyond what Dave can manage and senior leadership is floundering, trying to find their way.
