The longtime employees seem to coordinate against new employees in a constant devaluing and gaslighting. If you’re excellent, they’ll treat you terribly, but they’ll do it while smiling. It’s no wonder they haven’t developed any significant products over the last 10 years. They’re very driven to develop high-quality products, but they’re not actually committed to following the process required to achieve that. New ideas will be shunned, “we’ve already tried that it didn’t work”. Many have described it as a cult and that’s fitting. I’ve never been around so many passive aggressive people in my life. Employees constantly disappear without explanation and that should be your biggest warning sign. If you can’t sufficiently fake being part of the tribe, you’ll eventually find yourself in a struggle session. My best advice when this happens to you is don’t sign anything and immediately hire a lawyer. They very much prey on the young and naïve. I guess you would think they’re all Christians so they must be decent people, but nothing could be further from the truth. Religious abuse goes without saying.
