because ranbaxy come in top 10 pharma companies it's an old company in my thinking old is gold so i wanna join it. second thing is salary may be good.

i think that in pharma challenge is only one that how much time you can stable with your company

Pros

Amazing team that I work with. great career opportunities. The leadership is good and the newer management seems to be working towards a good goal.

Cons

Not all teams are as good. Sometimes they let go of people for want of raise in wages only to bring newer ones with a way higher salary.

Cons

worst work life balance and work load. there is no formal induction of new commers. so they find this company a little difficult to adjust with. straightaway you will be put to work.
